Linkuma is a private PBN built for volume: links from EUR 7 with copywriting included, a 21-day indexing guarantee and multi-month scheduling give it an aggressive price-to-volume ratio. The price of that simplicity is control: you choose neither the site nor the content, no per-spot metric is exposed and everything happens inside a closed network.
