My take on Getalink

Overall I like this platform for buying links on large domains. It isn't suited to small budgets: under €100 there isn't much quality. Above that, you get very good spots across all kinds of niches, including sensitive ones.

How Getalink scores, criterion by criterion

  • Usability 8/10 (40%)

    Rather easy. You can sometimes get lost in the filters, which aren't always well surfaced, and there are a lot of them. Outside the spot-search area the interface is fairly basic and not especially welcoming. On the other hand, all the information about each spot is very clear, prices included. You can also save filter presets.

  • Reliability 8/10 (25%)

    I almost always got the spots I picked. Once a spot turned out not to be available: I was refunded and offered alternatives, which weren't very well chosen in practice.

  • Value for money 7/10 (20%)

    Not always the cheapest, but generally in the top 3 when I compare.

  • Transparency 9/10 (15%)

    Plenty of third-party metrics (DR, Citation Flow, Trust Flow, referring domains, DA, PA), plus Similarweb, and I believe GSC and GA4 data on some spots.
